Wasn’t a prediction. He went through the data and found the conclusion. He wasn’t the only one.

So he bought "PUTS" with contracts that expire within a maximum of 3 years. My current "CALLS" on real estate have a maximum of 05/22. That's extremely risky in this market. 2008, I noticed the housing market declined but rent remained stable sooooo. Someone tell me I'm wrong.

In short, banks allowed ppl to spend waaaaay more money than they were making & didn’t give a shit bc they were greatly over performing on their goals until it fell apart. So basically…. Stupidity.

Why this sound like college debt ? You let every kid in american take a loan for college and hope when they get a job they will paid it back. But college degree didn't guarantee a job so they cant paid back the bank . There for a bubble begin to form and will pop any minute now

How did he predict it🤔 that’s super easy to explain in seconds. Whenever there is manipulation a bubble is created. Watch me make a prediction, we are in a massive bubble right now. This current bubble is in all sectors, thanks to massive money printing. At some point in the not to distance future it will burst and make 2008 pale in comparison. 100% positive this will happen because endlessly printing trillions to prop everything up is unsustainable.

Look, most analysts/advisors knew the market was dead in 2005, but as the saying goes "you keep dancing til the music stops". Took til mid-2007 for the music to stop, and even then some people were so high on their own farts that they stayed in a zombie market. People hail this dude and John Paulson as visionaries, when really their only virtue was getting lucky with the timing. Paulson opened his own fund after 2009 and it's performed terribly; Burry has been hosed on most of his calls since, most notably getting crushed shorting Tesla.

There's another movie about the crash but it's from the investors pov the night they realize they're holding onto a bunch of worthless stocks. It's called Margin Call.

He did it by saying every other day there’s going to be a crash. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. He will be right about the next crash too.
