I love beauty. Broke is not beautiful and a huge turn off to me. You can be the most beautiful person outside but financial disaster and that's a NEXT from me.

Juicing….I used to call it a cleanse or reset…I would juice for 2 weeks and lose a large amount of weight…I saw it with dancers and because I started dancing I started doing that and let me tell you how hungry and how unhappy I was…I loved dancing and I would dance for hours just not the pressure to look a certain way and I was 97 pounds at 21-22…that’s how I know it’s B.S. and I like my body so why is it hard to not feel bad for eating what I want even when it is healthy

Oh, this reminds me of an interview with Jennifer Lawrence. She went on about how much she loves cheesesteaks, ranch, and cheeseburgers right before a red carpet debut. It’s not that these celebrities/influencers lead these lifestyles. It’s the fact that these millionaires and billionaires will sit and claim it’s just vitamins and sunscreen that keeps them looking great while simultaneously selling a 40-100 dollar beauty product to the average person when in reality it takes thousands + to maintain that look.

Face it! It’s all about the dough$$$$$
I don’t wear makeup nor do I have interest besides the odd face cream I use for my soft skin and of course, nail varnish.

In Halle Berry’s defense, she’s been on a flexible keto diet for last 20 years. No gimmicks, just the right human appropriate diet. The problem is guys, and it’s hard to admit. We eat really bad, all our food is riddled with seed oils, that they sold us as heart healthy. I wish the junk food companies didn’t lobby the Atkins diet out of existence, it had the promise of changing the health of our nation.

I found this video very judgmental towards the women you mentioned… Taylor Swift was vulnerable in her documentary and opened up about how the industry optics pressured her into an unhealthy weight, and you summarized her as lying to the public for years. Adele's album is about her divorce, not her weightloss. This video was very disappointing.

The first thing I thought of was "It's very affordable" and they're talking about an $80 bottle of foundation and their "If I can do it so can anyone else" lies because they have the financial resources and time to get these products and services.

1:28 ,pls don't joke about these horrible things. It's taking place right under your nose. My Lord, I pray so that you can deliver our children out of the hands of those luciferians. I want you all to repent and to be ready for the return of the Lord.

Jesus love you, he died on the cross for you, accept him as your lord and savior he can change everything. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life" (John 3:16)

But you must repent too. From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near. (Matthew 4:17):

I don't get why women don't buy or order a wedding dress in their size, instead of starving for weeks before their wedding just to fit in the dress. 🤔🤷‍♀️

Hi Chelsea, I respectfully disagree on the Adele point. Her vocals on the new album are not only technically impressive but have matured with the wisdom of life and hold a beautiful pain and lived experience. As far as I’m concerned, the vocals and the songs themselves are a cut above her previous work.

Loved this video.

Hi! I also had rozacea for years and used all possible and impossible treatments to make it go away. It all lasts for a short time. One time while sitting in the bus a man was sitting next to me and we started talking, I mentioned my problem with rozacea, he said he noticed, he also said all I need to do is to eat 3 carrots per day every day and it will be cured. It was strange to me that a cure could be so simple and I tried it. Not even a month passed and my rozacea curred almost completely. It was more than 10 years ago, never had it again. So give it a try. Good luck.

It is NOT in my job description to look in tip top shape, workout, have a personal make up artist and have hair dressers. My skills and brain have led me to my current career. This is the difference with celebrities and me. Don’t get me wrong I care about my personal appearance and work out, try to eat healthy etc but that’s for me. Stop comparing yourself to something that isn’t realistic. Just be you.

Not really caring for this new trend in which gaslighting is being used in place of simple, basic lying.

Gaslight – To psychologically manipulate (someone) so that they question their memories, perception, or sanity.

Lying about the methods you used to lose a ton of weight does none of those things.

"para social relationships" . LOL. It's not just about girls, either. It effects what boys expect from girls. All this exposure to models and celebs creates an idea that women like this are everywhere and easily available. Boys become unsatisfied with real girls and instead wait for the online fantasy woman to materialize – wasting years – before finally settling (in their view) for reality.

I feel sorry for this poor girl. She needs to get out of her social circles, seriously, worrying about celebrities with perfect skin. She needs to learn about people with some actual substance and relevant philosophical truths. Celebrities don't look all that great anyway. (I mean, Brittany looked miserable under her conservatorship, I don't know how everyone else missed that.)

There is skin care virtually in every price range. The fact is, there is a healthy weight range in relation to your height and body frame that promotes longevity. We now have the means to live a very long life so of coarse these efforts and products are going to be pursued …this is America people …you will have choices.

Just a quick story after you mentioned your Rosacea issues. My mum suffered with Rosacea for years, being prescribed creams etc., none of which seemed to make much difference. She was a long term vegan and after she broke her hip (prematurely – she’s only 60!) she was forced to change her diet after tests showed she had osteoporosis. She started eating fish several times per week and after a short time her Rosacea was barely noticeable! Sugar seems to flare it up too, but it’s SO much better after her diet change. Maybe she was missing the collagen? Anyway, just some ‘food’ for thought!

Having severe acne as a teenager before the skin care boom was hell enough, I feel for all the kids struggling today. At 25, I still have moderate acne despite having tried everything, (genetics and hormones, baby!), but I'm fortunate enough to have emotionally matured enough to reach a level of acceptance about my complexion – I've accepted that there's only so much I can do to help my skin, and that it's okay if my skin isn't clear. If I was a teenager today, that would be another story.

I wear a size 8 and my doctors are telling me I'm overweight. I've been wearing the same size for 20 years. I'm floored that a woman would hold her child like that. Shame on her!

I remember 2 girls in my high-scool/university who were always adored as a superior race (that's a thing in Mexico), turns out both had had nose surgery before even turning 18. A guy even said how one of them was so classy and had good blood because of her beautiful nose that only Europeans could have. There was a rise in the amount of female students at that school who attended lectures with patches on their noses claiming they had had some kind of disease or dermatological issue. I think that city is into something because plastic surgery billboards have appeared at the entrance, no need to hide it anymore I guess.

Most dermatologist will tell you that attractiveness stays attractive until a good portion of older age. The high cheek bones and good skin continues for quite a while ala jlo and Halle berry. It’s mostly genetics.

Thank you – Jessica Simpson said she lost a ton of weight post Partum by breastfeeding and “chasing the kids around”. Turns out she had a partial tummy tuck, it wasn’t “enough”, so she had a subsequent full tummy tuck and was hospitalized after with an infection. That’s just one example of the gaslighting celebrities subject you to. Newsflash – it is normal to be horrified by your post Partum body. It can take a long time to lose the weight, but it’s ok – your body went through a big trauma.

You can literally have a skincare routine for less than $20 a month if you have normal skin. Wash your face, moisturize, protect yourself from the sun, and occasionally use a chemical exfoliant. Takes me less than five minutes a day
